Shipping Policy for NovaJing (DDP to UK)

1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) from our warehouse. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

2. Our Shipping Promise: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to the UK
For all customers with a United Kingdom (UK) shipping address, we operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means:

What We Cover: The price you see at checkout is the final price. We are responsible for and have pre-paid all applicable UK import VAT (Value Added Tax) and customs duties to get your package cleared through UK customs.

What You Receive: You will receive your package directly without any hidden fees, surprise bills, or paperwork delays at customs. You will not be asked to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

3. Important International Shipping Notice (Non-UK Orders)
Important: Our DDP service applies ONLY to delivery addresses within the United Kingdom.
For orders shipped to any country outside the UK (including the European Union, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.):

The shipping cost at checkout does not include any import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees.

The recipient is solely responsible for paying all such charges levied by the destination country.

These fees are not within our control or knowledge, and we cannot estimate them. Please contact your local customs office for information.

4. UK Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use reliable courier services for UK delivery. All services include full end-to-end tracking.

5. Shipping Restrictions for Electronic Items
Due to safety regulations, orders containing lithium batteries (e.g., power banks, certain battery repair kits) may be subject to specific shipping restrictions. If this affects your order, we will contact you.

6. Delivery Issues & Liability

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping fees will apply.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Couriers will typically leave a card and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot. It is the customer‘s responsibility to follow the instructions provided by the courier.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. For UK DDP shipments, we remain responsible for resolving lost parcel claims.

Damaged Parcel: If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately at contact.novajing@gmail.com with photos. We will handle the claim with the carrier.

7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update shipping methods, costs, and this policy at any time. The policy active at the time of your order will apply.
