Refund & Returns Policy for NovaJing

1. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. For more information on your legal rights, visit the Citizens Advice website.

2. Returns Due to Change of Mind (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the physical goods.

Condition: To qualify for a refund under this right, items must be returned in brand new, resalable condition: unused, uninstalled, and in the original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective films intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened software or digital downloads.

Sealed consumables that have been opened or broken, such as adhesives, glue, thermal paste, or single-use install kits.

Products that have been personally customized or made to order.

Items classified as “hygienic goods” where the seal is broken (if applicable).

3. Returns Due to Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund, replacement, or repair at your choice.

Proof of the fault (e.g., photos, video) may be required.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email contact.novajing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within the eligible period. Do not return items without prior authorisation.

Receive Instructions: We will provide a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and the correct return address.

Ship It Back: Securely package the item(s) and send them using a tracked and insured postal service. We recommend retaining proof of postage. You are responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse.

5. Refunds

Timing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days.

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Deductions: For “change of mind” returns, the cost of original outbound shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We may deduct an amount if the value of the goods has been reduced due to unnecessary handling beyond what was needed to establish the nature or function of the product.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

7. Warranty on Products
Some products come with a separate manufacturer’s Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects for a specified period (e.g., 12 months). This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Accidents, misuse, or improper installation.

Normal wear and tear.

Unauthorised modifications or repairs.

Use with incompatible devices.
